The Selection And Application Of Distillate Hydrocracking Technology

Based on the survey and analysis on the characteristic of domestic distillate hydrocracking technology and shortcomings of the current application process, the primary technology program was brought forward for 1Mt/a distillate hydrocracking unit of the Dagang Petrochemical Company. After analysing characteristics and new technologies progress of the foreign hydrocracking technology which was mature, having a communication with three famous foreign hydrocracking patents and comparing the three recommended technology programs, improving proposals was made and UOP hydrocracking Unicracking patented technology was choosed.In order to fully understand the design intent and make improvement recommendations, process design, catalyst and internal device components of the reactor were analysed and researched. The material and equipment model had to be changed to reduce the investment, but we analysis the changes and make resolving. On the base of understanding the advanced design concepts, the problems that were brought during the start working were considered and response measures were brought forward.
