Groundings of power system in the soil are prone to electrochemical corrosion and destruction, but the most common method of using galvanized steel can not fundamentally solve the corrosion problems. Coatings of corrosion resistance and conductivity provide a new way to address the corrosion of grounding materials. This paper first studies the basic formula of the epoxy copper coating. For oxidation of the copper in epoxy coating, two orthogonal experiments with three factors and four levels are designed to filter out antioxidant formula of copper. Then impact of adding glass flakes of a heavy-duty performance and composite materials of core-shell structure with the conductivity of polyaniline and heavy-duty performance of glass flakes on the permeability and electrical conductivity properties of coatings is also studied. The results show that:Adding composite materials in the copper conductive paint can increase the corrosion resistance of coatings, while it makes coatings have good electrical conductivity, which has good application prospects.1 With oleic acid or tributyl phosphate, DB-580 and BTA such as surfactants, silane coupling agent and corrosion inhibitor, through orthogonal test copper conductive epoxy coating copper oxidation formula is found, which improved conductivity stability of the copper epoxy coating to 66 S/cm.Oxide of copper is greatly reduced. The conductivity of coating maintain 46 S/cm.Results of EIS show that the copper conductive epoxy coatings in the initial phase have good impermeability. With the immersion time passing, coatings are significantly damaged, the corrosion resistance of which decreased significantly.2 Glass flakes in the conductive coating can improve the impermeability of the coating by two orders of magnitude, but it significantly degradates the conductivity of coating, electrical conductivity decreased from the from the 66S/cm to 1.4×10-7 S/cm.3 Polyaniline coated glass flake composites are prepared by solution polymerization and emulsion polymerization. First process conditions of the emulsion polymerization and solution polymerization are optimized by orthogonal test.electrical conductivity of composites prerared by emulsion polymerization is as high as 2.281S/cm, which is significantly higher than 1.890 s/cm of composites of the solution polymerization. The structure and morphology of the composites are characterized by XRD, SEM, FTIR and other tests. The composites of two synthetic methods are quite different in crystallinity. The composites prepared by emulsion polymerization have significantly higher crystallinity. In emulsion polymerization reaction system, polyaniline on the surface of glass flakes is like a long fiber, which has higher conductivity, while polyaniline on the surface of the glass flake appears granular. Structural analysis shows that the PANI concentrates on the surface of glass flakes, making the complex with similar surface properties and high electrical conductivity of polyaniline.4 Composites are added into epoxy conductive coating with copper as the auxiliary filler. Corrosion resistance and conductivity of the coating is much better than conductive epoxy coating with copper added with glass flake.
