Nowadays, the electrical safety incidents caused by the corrosion have been more and more serious. The rapidly detection and effective corrosion protection of grounded grids have became the major focus. This topic made an electrochemical sensor to do rapid detection of by using electrochemical technology. The Electroless-deposited layer used for grounded grids corrosion protection has been made.A current limit type sensor has been developed by using the principle of electrochemical. The electrochemical impedance spectroscopy technique was used to study the influence of different probe structures on testing data. At the same time the soil and the rust layer influence also have been studied. The current limitation capability of the current-limiting probe was considered. The true information of grounding grid corrosion can be got and it was filtered with wavelet analysis. The corrosion condition can be diagnosed through the neural network. The electrochemical methods (chronoamperometry and constant potential step) have been studied. The data processing method was also studied. The two methods have been tested in the lab and field. The studies of using environment of the two methods proved that chronoamperometry were suited for the low soil resistance. On the contrary, when soil resistance was high, we can only use constant potential step method.Put forward the constant potential broken current method and puts forward the corresponding curve fitting method.Analyzing the effecting of solution resisitanse and data fitting accuracy. The effect between the pH of solution and the coating corrosion esisitance was studied. The best protection effect solution configuration was put forward.Study proved that the proper heat treatment temperature (no more than 300℃) can effectively improved the corrosion resistance of the coating and increase the adhesion strength of the coatig. If the heat treatment temperature was over 300℃, that would make the coating tend to crystallization and occurrence crackle. These would reduce the corrosion resistance of coating.
