With the increase of the energy shortage,as the one of the new energy, solar energyhas been used widely.Solar battery is the important photoelectric conversion component. The solar laminator is the important equipment to producing the solar modules by usingthe vacuum and hot pressing way.Due to the incresing demand for the photovoltaicproducts in China, the solar laminator’s demand is incresing. But at present, the study on thesolar laminator is less in the domestic, and the development strength is weak.Under thisbackground,it has important theoretical significance and practical value to doing the studyand analysis on the solar laminator. In this paper, the fully automatic solar laminator is the research object, it is completedthe following aspects with the finite element simulation software ANSYS Workbench:Firstly, systematically introduce the characteristic of the solar laminator, workingprinciple, working process and the development situation at home and abroad.Clarify thesignificance of studying the solar laminator, detailedly introduce the heating system, thevacuum system and the hydraulic hoisting system.Secondly, using the ANSYS Workbench software to analyze the uper box in the twoconditions.Study the deformation and stress distribution.Doing the minimum targetoptimization about the stress.Thirdly, using the ANSYS Workbench software to analyze the silicon rubbersheet.Researching the deformation and stress distribution when the laminator is at work. Finally, building the experimen platform and scheme, measuring the deformation, thevacuum degree, the surface temperature of the heating plate and the glass.According to theexperimental data, the simulation of the upper box deformation is correct.
