Aircraft braking system is an important component that is to ensure the safety, quickly andreliably of aircraft landing. The brakes of the aircraft convert kinetic energy of the aircraft into heatenergy and reduce the distance of the landing roll, when the aircraft is in the stage of landing roll. Thefeatures of anti-skid braking system can provide the largest braking force and ensure the stability ofthe course in the landing roll on the different road. The research of modeling and analysis of brake and anti-skid braking control system have beenfocused in this paper. Based on a certain type of aircraft which is tricycle landing gear layout, thebrakes install in the main landing gear. As actuator of brake system, the most important factor thatimpact brake’s normal operation has been studied in this paper. The three-dimensional transienttemperature field and thermal stress and braking force have been analyzed when the externalmechanical load maximum stress of brake disc by using engineering analysis software MSC.PATRAN/MARC. We obtained that high temperature on the brakes is the most serious damage by comparingthe results, therefore, we use thermal protection design for brake system. The anti-skid braking control system has been studied in this paper. The aircraft fuselage, landing gear, brakes, hydraulic actuation systems, brake wheel, pavement of the brake system havebeen modeled and analyzed through mathematical analysis software MATLAB/SIMULINK, itsdynamics and working mechanism have also been studied. Control target is anti-skid braking slip rate, control system use intelligent controller-automatically fuzzy adjust the parameters of PID controller. Finally, anti-skid brake system of aircraft built into the overall model. Calculation results show thatthe type of controller is good, the model can reasonably simulate the dynamic characteristics of theaircraft brake roll.
