With the development of aircraft technology, the engine control system is more and morecomplicated. So it becomes more and more importance, diagnosing accurately fault in time and thefault tolerant control system of aircraft engine. For this purpose, the approaches to detect and iso-late sensor fault, reconstruct fault signal is proposed.Firstly, based on the nonlinear aero-engine model, the fitting method was adopted to get thelinear state variable model. On this basis, for the large-scale changes of engine condition, Alarge-scale state variable model is designed. Then, based on the nonlinear aero-engine model, ac-cording to the theory of Kalman filtering and the principle of constant gain filter, we designed anaero-engine fault tolerant control system on account of a bank of Kalman filters to realize the goalof single or multiple, step or drift sensor fault detection, isolation and reconstruction.Using this method, the simulation experiment has been done on certain aero-engine model.The simulation results of fault diagnosis showed that this method can detect and isolate sensor faultfast and accurately, and provide good analytical redundancy, which identified the validity of themethod. |
