Adopting simulation technology in gas turbine engine testing could greatly reduce the researchcost and promote the research efficiency. On the basis of the simulation technology of gas turbineengine, this thesis mainly focused on the gas turbine mathematical modeling method andsemi-physical simulation technique.Based on the principle of gas turbine engine, some reasonable assumptions of the workingprocess was adopted and the variable specific heat method was used for aero-thermodynamiccalculation, then a component-level mathematical model of gas turbine engine was established. Inorder to diminish the model calculation error, a new way of revising the engine characteristic data bythe testing data was put forward by analyzing the exiting data. The revised characteristic data wasproved to be valid in modeling calculation.A design of pressure simulating system used in semi-physical simulation of aero-engine controlsystem was brought forward. The feasibility of the pressure simulating system was certified and theperformance was simulated. The simulating system composed of a signal generator, a pressure fieldsimulation device, a measurement device, a drive device, and a controller. This thesis introduced thepressure simulating system in detail in the aspects of hardware and software and also put forward avariable gain PID control algorithm according to the system’s own characteristic.In the end, the availability and performance of the pressure simulating system was tested. Thehardware was tested by module and then the closed-loop performance of the system was tested. Theresult shows that each hardware module could run normally and the system could track varying signaleffectively. The pressure simulating system could be used to simulate the pressure of the gas turbineengine.
