The Study Of The Causes Of ALC Wallboard Filled Wall Cracks And The Key Anti-crack Technology

With the accelerated process of urbanization in China’s booming construction andreal estate industry, more and more ALC wallboards are applied to projects. However,due to it’s own characteristics, various cracks are prone to appear on the ALCwallboard filled walls. This not only affects the building’s appearance, the overallperformance of the wall, and will further affect the life of the building. Therefore, ALCwallboard filled wall crack problem is the key technical issue to restrict the applicationof the ALC wallboards. In order to lift this constraint,it is an urgent need to analyze thecause of the cracks and to put forward corresponding anti-crack measures.The paper is combined with ALC wallboard filled wall cracks investigation andthe test result to systematically analyze the causes of the filled wall cracks and putsforward measures against the cracks on the basis of theoretical analysis andexperimental study of the causes of ALC wallboard filled wall cracks. The maincontents are as follows:⑴The paper conducts a study based on the cracks in the ALC wallboard filled wallused in the12projects in Qingdao, investigates the ALC wallboard age, wall caulkingtime, caulking material, the design measures for construction and constructiontechnology in each project, and analyzes the cracks in common parts and common form.⑵According to the project survey results, the paper proceeds with the possiblecauses of the ALC wallboard filled wall cracks, carries out a physical and mechanicalproperty test of the ALC wallboard and wall used in the test, and emphasizes the study of the influences of the ALC wallboard factory age, temperature humidity, moisturecontent, moisture after the two deformation as well as the wall hole on the ALCwallboard and ALC wallboard filled wall deformation.⑶In accordance with the survey results and test results, the paper puts forward thecorresponding measures of wall crack control technology and crack control design.Efforts to solve the filled wall cracks will help to meet the functional requirement,improve construction quality, and reduce conflicts between the owners and developers,more importantly,it will be helpful for the popularization and application of newbuilding materials and the reform of wall. Therefore, the study of the causes of ALCwallboard filled wall cracks and the key anti-crack technology has important theoreticalvalue and application prospect.
