Study On The Planning Strategy Of Yellow Emperor Culture Park On The Security Pattern

Yellow Emperor Culture Park is located in Huangling Country of Shaanxi province,the total area is about24square kilometers, and is typical loess plateau landscape. It isthe protection of historical and cultural heritage area of Yellow emperor mausoleum,and is an important carrier show the Yellow emperor culture and the Chinese ancestorscivilization. Yellow Emperor Culture Park has special spirit and culture connotation. Forsuch a sensitive ecological and cultural area, how to effectively avoid the impact of citydevelopment and maintain the safety of the landscape processes is very important.From the angle of landscape security pattern, this paper puts forward the planningstrategy of Yellow Emperor Culture Park and made a planning practice, in order toguide future planning and construction of Yellow Emperor Culture park, and to providea reference for the similar case. The main research results are as follows:First of all, this paper summarizes and analyzes the existing theories of landscapesecurity pattern at home and abroad.Secondly, this paper analyzes the landscape security pattern of Yellow EmperorCulture Park, from the ecological security pattern and culture security pattern, so as toprovide the scientific basis for planning.Thirdly, this paper puts forward the planning concept, principles and four basicplanning strategies, which are context priority strategy, city and mausoleum fusionstrategy, tourism sustainable development strategy and urban renewal strategy, in orderto provide a theoretical guidance for planning.Finally, on the basis of the research, this paper, from master planning and construction detailed planning, gives an exploratory practice of the park planning.Among them, the master planning discusses the function orientation, regionaldevelopment strategy, display content, key regional planning, layout, population size,transport planning and mausoleum protection. Construction detailed planning is mainlyaim at Xuanyuan avenue, Fangzhou old city, Yellow emperor culture center and Eastbay area.
