As the application of the electric power electronics and other nonlinear load, Thedistortion of voltage and current waveform increases the harmonic. The harmonicimpacts the electricity measurement scientifically. For inspecting the rationality andaccuracy of electricity measurement in the harmonic,stationary harmonics and transientdisturbance signals need to be simulated to check the electric energy meter.Based on the harmonic voltage of the power measurement field,The harmonicvoltage source device were analysised.The circuit parameters were calculated anddesigned.Based on MATLAB/Simulink and VHS-ADC high speed signal processingplatform, stationary harmonics and transient disturbance signals were simulinked.The main work is as below:①The strcture and theory of switching power amplifier were introduced.Based onthe switching power amplifier,The scheme of main circuit of harmonic voltage sourcewere designed,calculating the rectifier circuit and filter circuit.②Base on the structure components and performance analysis of repetitivecontrol,the parameters of repetitive controller was designed,combining with thecircuit.The model of repetitive control was built based on VHS-ADC high speed signalprocessing platform.According to the weakness of repetitive control,the hybrid controlstrategy based on PI control of poles double and repetitive control was put forward.Twocontrol methods is complement each other.The discrete domain model was built basedon VHS-ADC.Steady-state harmonic of power system was simulated.③The theories of Sliding mode variable structure control was analyzed.Combined with parameters of harmonic voltage main circult,the the parameters ofsliding mode control was derived. Harmonic voltage continuous domain model ofsliding mode control based MATLAB/Simulink was built.Accuracy of model wasverified. The discrete domain model of sliding mode control was built and simulatedbased on VHS-ADC,comparing with compound control.Sliding mode control is moresuitable to the simulation of mutation、non-stationary and short duration signal. Basedon sliding mode control, transient disturbance signal of power system was simulated.
