Due to the particularity structure of the host targetchamber, it requires there is no affect to the host target chamber after the installation ofthe detection and diagnosis equipment.The design of off-line vacuum leak detectionsystem In this article is for the host diagnostic equipment off-line vacuum leak detection,In order to detect and ensure there is no affect to the host target chamber after theinstallation of the detection and diagnosis equipment. The focus of this article is todesign the offline vacuum leak detection devices to leak-check the diagnosis equipmentof host. The main research content and innovation are as follows:①Above the study of the ICF experiment on vacuum environment requirementsand the specific experimental requirements, In combination with a variety of commonlyused vacuum leak detection methods and engineering practice in the leak detectionsystem in current, Proposed the off-line vacuum leak detection overall system plan.②According to the engineering application and functional requirements, Combinedwith the most simple structure, the most minimal deformation, the lightest weight,transmission mechanism kinematic chain is the shortest and overall optimization designprinciple, have completed off-line vacuum leak detection system of key componentsmodeling design by make use of three-dimensional design software Inventor,and theoverall system modeling design.③Analysed the statics and dynamics of the structure by using finite elementanalysis software ANSYS, Get the main structure of the gravity and the mechanicalstructure under the action of external force on static deformation results and the firsteight order natural frequency of vibration of the results, Optimized the design of overallstructure. To verify the accuracy and reliability of the model,use ADAMS to simulatethe3D simulation target support adjustment assembly.④Completed the off-line control system design of vacuum leak detection system.By using of PLC control system to realize the3D simulation target support adjustmentassembly motion control, According to control four motor, Realized the target that thetarget bar moving along the x, y, z movable in a three direction, And rotating around theZ axis horizontally, In order to achieve the precise regulation and localization of the key components.The off-line vacuum leak detection system has achieved the design requirements inthis thesis, The next step will be based on the diagnostic equipment of vacuum tightnesstest, To make sure whether it could reach the host request on the target chamber. Toprovide valuable reference for further engineering application research.
