In this paper, the development of the position fuzzy identification system of Rough cylinder diesel engine cooperated with Guangxi Yuchai is achieved.To obtain the parameters of airway of diesel engine cylinder heads,the line structured light scanning system is designed. The System Works, transformation model, and calibration of system parameters are researched. The new calibration method of the direction cosine of guides is proposed. The entire system of hardware and software programming were established. The experiment of Rough cylinder diesel engine proves that the system has high accuracy. This paper cover mainly the following aspects:1.Line structure light 3D measurement technology is researched and analyzed, the pan scanning system mathematical model is established. The line structured light scanning system is successfully built.2.Calibration of the system parameters is deeply studyed, which include Camera calibration, the calibration of the light plane, the calibration of direction cosine of guide, the workpiece model calibration. It is realized based on Opencv With high accuracy.3.Calibration of the direction cosine of the movement of camera optical center is given based on principle of virtual stereo vision for the first time. Stereo vision system consists of a single camera moving along the one-dimensional rail, which give Rotation matrix R and Translation vector T between local coordinate system and global coordinate system by stereo calibration. And then the origin of local coordinate system is conversion to the global coordinate system so the line of movement of camera along the rail is fitted and its direction cosine is calculated. The experiments of measurement of high-precision calibration board proves that the method has higher accuracy.4.Under laboratory conditions, line structured light scanning system is tested and analized, which is proved the system with high accuracy and stability.
