As oil, coal and other traditional energy shortage and attention to the environment, solarphotovoltaic power generation in research and application of more and more widely. Alongwith the present for dc micro nets of exploration and research, this paper puts forward thedesign of electric bicycle charging station which based on solar photovoltaic powergeneration .It is that Solar photovoltaic energy produces electrical energy through the DC busload applied to electric bicycle,through the combination of energy storage device for DC busvoltage regulation. The whole system includes solar array, the combination of energy storagedevice, DC bus load, electric bicycle, electric power and electronics interface. Powerelectronics interface including solar array and DC bus interface, the combination of energystorage device and DC bus interface, DC bus and electric bicycle load interface, etc.In order to make the DC bus voltage stability, this paper is using a combination ofenergy storage device: the combination of the super capacitor and battery. Super capacitor aspower fluctuations frequently part of the energy storage, and the battery power as part of theenergy storage smooth. Combination energy storage device and DC bus though thebidirectional Buck-Boost DC converter connection, that make solar array output power andcombination storage device exchange of energy more flexible. So that solar was reasonableuse, the DC bus voltage more stable.The output power of solar array as the sun radiation intensity, temperature and loadchanges, make solar array work in the most power output state is solar array and DC businterface‘s main function. The interface between the DC bus and Solar array through thedP/dU most high power control method to realize the solar array of maximum power‘stracking and control.This paper designed the power electronics interface‘s main circuit and control schemewhich between the combination energy storage device and the DC bus, the interface betweencombination energy storage device and DC bus realized by bidirectional Buck-Boost DCconverter circuit. Do some theory analysis for bidirectional Buck-Boost DC converterworking condition, establish the interface main circuit control mode which based on statevariable switch cycle average method. Make the DC bus voltage of the system as the maincontrol variables, realize the combination energy storage device‘s charge and dischargecontrol, and do simulation validation for these.
