With the rapid development of film industry in China, we set off the climax of theconstruction of film and television production bases all over the country. As the mainalso the most important buildings in the base of film and television production, studiois the main production site for film production companies。 With a character ofgreater use of the area, it is a large space building, in which you can take the setscenery, arrange a variety of lighting equipment and take film wor0k.Studio has a character of big space, high air congditioning load and high energyconsumption, and it has a higher requirement of air conditioning quality than clvil andindustrial large space buildings. Meanwhile, in order to meet the needs of therecording in the same period, both to be cut off from outside noise, but also to thestudio to maintain a decent acoustic characteristics. Due to the need of its owncharacteristics as well as camera functionality, the studio’s air conditioning system isdifferent from the general building air-conditioning system. This subject is due to the5000square meters studio in the national film andtelevision production base, which based on computational fluid dynamics and heattransfer, analyze, abstract and simplified, construct the physical and mathematicalmodels of the studio. Launched by Fluent Inc. the professional Numerical Simulationthe software Airpak, different forms of air distribution in the studio were simulated,Analysis of simulation results under different forms of air distribution, temperature, speed, the PMV, the PPD, thermal comfort and airflow organizational forms wereevaluated to determine the optimal airflow organizational forms. The research conclusions provide a reference for other parts of the studio’s airconditioning system design, transformation, and run.
