Lamilloy combines several cooling technologies in one, with small cooling air consumption andhigh cooling efficiency. Based on lamilloy cooling structure in the midchord region of turbine guideblade, the internal flow and heat transfer characteristics were researched by numerical analysis andexperimental method, so as to provide reference for turbine blade midchord region design.In this paper, internal flow and heat transfer characteristics at different flow parameters werestudied by changing pin-fin shape. According to the simulation results, two lamilloy structures weredesigned with different positions of pin-fins, impingement holes and film holes and pin-fin shapes.Flow and heat transfer characteristics of these two structures at different flow parameters wereobtained. The influence of filling ratio on internal heat transfer characteristics of lamilloy was alsostudied by numerical simulation.According to the results of numerical analysis, corresponding experiments were carried on tovalidate numerical results.According to the above research conclusions, internal cooling structure of lamilloy wasimproved, and flow and heat transfer characteristics at different jet Reynolds number wereresearched by numerical analysis and experimental study. The results show that: flow and heattransfer characteristics of the improved structure are better than the original structure, furthermore,conclusions obtained by experiments and numerical calculation are consistent.
