In modern distribution, network load density increases, and the use of a number of cable,makes the capacitive current of the distribution network to a higher level. It should be installedin the coil of arc extinction when power distribution network of capacitance current more thanpower code requirements, to avoid accident expanded. And the capacitive currentmeasurement is the important parameters of installed a coil of arc extinction, sure coil of arcextinction capacity and Coil of arc extinction tuning. So this paper will research how to realizethe accurate measurement of the capacitance current.First of all, analysis the indirect method of the capacitance current measurement,according to the commonly used offset capacitance method and artificial neutral method,simulation are completed. Their advantages and limitations are indicated in this paper. Themethod to measure capacitance current based on injecting signals method is studied. Make theerror analysis and simulation for existing signal injection method and the methods arereviewed. On the basis of this, analysis the improvement methods of the injecting signalsmethod and According to the principle analysis and the results of simulative experiment,proved this new method is better than previous methods. At the same time, In order to solvethe interference problems, the paper designs the IIR digital signal filter, and According to theprinciple analysis and the results of simulation to prove the feasibility of the filter.
