As the social development and increased productivity,people livingstandaimproved remarkably.The people’s living quality requirements areincreasinglyThey no longer meet the improve in living space size,the housestyle,housing light,heat,air and other physical environment inside and outside of thehouseseek higher living environment--the real poetry of residence:the sense of beloandresponsibility to the family.The home is not only their living house,but alspiritualspace.with its own characteristics:(1) residents regarding the composition, the "villageliving" before original villages by villagers and the flow of personnel, social relations,kinship, geopolitical and industry edge the more prominent features;(2) source ofincome,"Changing Villages", the source of income of the villagers are mainly threeaspects, rental income, the income of the village collective and individual labor income."Village home" after the original source of livelihood of the villagers built the businessto work through community supporting developers by certain dividends to compensatethe villagers or small business-oriented, but most of the villagers become unemployedrentier classes. To make changes in the economic sources of "Changing VillagesCommunity idle workers increased, age-level distribution of a wider;(3) socialcharacteristics," Changing Villages "the behavior of community residents compared tothe transformation of the former is still not changed."Villagers" to "residents" of thechange process, making a lot of old habits in the new community still have reservations;(4) geographical location, the transformation of villages, the villagers placement of mostof the original village collective land resettlement and off-site placement of two ways.For the location of the village, basically have opted for local integration, it is often caused by high volume rate of resettlement areas, the phenomenon of low-greening rate.In view of this, I as an architect, trying to-settlements environmental design, thearchitect can do to contribute in the current social context according to the status quo ofChina’s residential district and people’s lifestyles, through the analysis of humanpsychological and behavioral analysis and settlements activities, provide the envisagedsettlement patterns conducive to exchanges and exchanges of space is not conducive tothe status quoThe paper comprise of5parts.The first part described that how thesubjeintroduced,and relevant research situation,the purpose of the research,theconteframework,and focused on several important concepts.Part2include the analythenecessity of the settlements exchanges.Then of vertical space exchangesintrosettlements development process,the status of the horizontal and verticalexchcomparative study.Part3has the analysis of the people’s housing needs,hinteractionpsychological,behavioral characteristics and settlements exchanges for the latter toprepare spatial analysis,And from the psychologicbehavioral conditions,the use ofenvironmental psychology research results,bathe characteristics of settlementsexchanges,explore the space environment asettlements exchanges space character.4specific part of the design space to exploexchanges between the settlementsstrategy.5partly by the eight-part study concEntire sequence of research papers structureis lengthy questions,analysis,ideas fosolving problems.
