| Compared with common gear transmission, planet gear transmission has thefeatures of its small volume, low mass, compact structure and high transmissionefficiency. On account of features, the planet gear transmission is been widely used inautomobile, aviation, petroleum machinery and related fields. However, thephenomenon that vibration of the system can cause excessive noise and dynamic loadwhich contribute to premature failure of device is attracted widely attention of scholarsat home and abroad.Wind gearbox is the key component in the whole transmission system and is thehighest failure rate component. It becomes an important research topic on wind powerindustry to reduce the vibration of wind power gear box gear transmission system.Under the finance support of the State Key Laboratory of Mechanical Transmission, a1500KW wind power gear box dynamics characteristic of transmission is investigated.Rigid dynamic model is established and the multi-planet gear dynamic transmission bythe motivating of assembly errors and produce errors are researched. The thesis isachieved significant academic and practical value.Firstly, a complete wind generator gearbox solid model is built by CATIA.Secondly, wind generator gearbox transmission system’s interior and exteriorincentives are discussed in theory. Each gear meshing forces during the transmission issimulated on the basis of multi-body dynamics model. The load characteristics of thefirst two stages of the planet transmission system are compared.Considering the severe work conditions, especially during the wind speed’sextreme change, the impulse load produces great effect on wind gearbox. Thetransmission shaft’ off-centering during the manufacture process by the limitation oftechnology is also a problem. To study the phenomenon, the impulse loads is simulatedwhen there is a high speed and off-center exterior shaft. The results provide valuablereference to design the wind gearbox.The wind gearbox’ non-liner three dimensions contact dynamic characteristics isstudied. The distribution of tooth root stress on the tooth width direction is obtained.The results can aided to manufacture the wind generator gearbox.The errors during wind generator gearbox’ producing and assembling are inevitable.These errors have directly connection with the life span of wind gearbox. The planet gear transmission system of dynamic factor under the different assembly error canprovide the valuable reference to produce and assemble wind gearbox. |
