Sustainable Development Assessment Of Chongqing Human Settlement Environment Construction Based On Emergy Analysis-Infrastructure Perspective

The construction of human settlements environment to maintain and develop,cannot leave the infrastructure supply. Infrastructure supply situation is more optimized,more adequate supply and the greater the contribution to the sustainability of humansettlement construction. In recent years, the construction of human settlementsenvironment sustainability evaluation research is increasing, But the domestic study onthe value of city system tends to stay in overall dimension, and the study about theinfrastructure on sustainability is uncommon. The author attempts evaluative theconstruction of human settlements environment sustainability from infrastructure supplyperspective.This paper use the emergy analysis method, to start with infrastructure constructionand its Construction of human settlements environment value contribution, evaluatedthe infrastructure, supply of settlements construction in sustainability. This paper takingChongqing City Habitat environment construction as the research background,developed infrastructure construction evaluation index; collected related data ofChongqing city from1997to2010, Calculated and analyzed these indexes, andjudgment the value of infrastructure construction process. Through the calculation ofinfrastructure construction output emergy value of money, build infrastructure supplyvalue profile, and analysis of its future trend and trend.Through the research, this article obtains the following conclusions aboutChongqing city infrastructural:(1)The construction of infrastructure has sustainability;(2) Infrastructure supply contribution value is in constant growth;(3) Infrastructuresupply facilitates the construction of human settlements environment sustainability.Finally, based on these conclusions, this paper offered a proposal about infrastructureconstruction.The innovations of this paper are as follows:(1) On the construction of humansettlements environment total value based on, Construction method of humansettlements sustainability assessment based on infrastructure supply;(2) Use of theenergy analysis method, develop infrastructure supply evaluation system and calculationmethod;(3) Based on the human settlements environment infrastructure energycalculation and index analysis, further study on the human settlement environmentconstruction and sustainable development influence;(4) Through the calculation and analysis of infrastructure assets to describe infrastructure in the residential environmentconstruction value profile.
