By virtue of scores of energy loss and low energy efficiency, the efficiency oftraditional hydraulic drive system is very low. The In-depth study of energy-saving ofhydraulic transmission control system has enormous practical significance. Based onchanging the frequency of the electric source, frequency hydraulic control technology iscapable of governing the speed of executive device in high efficiency all the time.Frequency hydraulic control technology enables the hydraulic system to overcome someof the deficiency of the conventional hydraulic system. Such as, reducing noise,improving the integrated efficiency,Simplified hydraulic circuit, reduced the energy loss of the hydraulic system, etc.The principle of operation of frequency hydraulic control technology is to modify thespeed of executive device by changing the speed of the pump, instead of changingpump’s displacement. So, It has the advantages of high energy efficiency, highreliability, easy to implement a computer-controlled. This technology is graduallyperfect in foreign country, such as, USA and Japan, and its application is increasinglyabroad. such as the United States and Japan, and the application of frequency hydrauliccontrol is increasingly abroad.Through consulting lots of relevant references, the general situation and theprinciple of operation of frequency hydraulic control technology is summarized in thispaper, the mathematical models of both AC asynchronous motor and the pumpcontrolled cylinder are set up, the the parameters impaction to the system performanceis discussed, and the and the mathematical models simulated in this paper. The controlprogram has been written, and the energy-efficient hydraulic power source test-bed hasbeen built.The paper mainly verifies the energy-efficient hydraulic power source system’sperformance under close-loop, and the experimental results were analyzed. Thecorrectness of the mathematical model and the justifiability of control programs areverified, it also gives out the academic foundation for further research.
