Implementation of green manufacturing and low-carbon manufacturing are theimportant ways to reduce manufacturing resource consumption, and reducing materialconsumption and energy consumption are the specific means for enterprises toimplement green manufacturing. Cutting stock technology is a practical technology toreduce material consumption, which mainly controls the material utilization ratio.Therefore, through using rational cutting stock technology, the waste of limitedresources and carbon emissions will be greatly reduced. The traditional cutting stocktechnology focuses on the optimal material utilization ratio of pure mathematics, lack ofsystematic study on the complex using state and approach of cutting stock problem,which is difficult to adapt the variability and diversity of using state of cutting stock inthe enterprise, limiting the overall effect of the cutting stock technology. This paperfocuses on the current problems of cutting stock, one-dimensional cutting stock systemand application technology for supporting complex using state are studied in this thesis.Firstly, research status of one-dimensional cutting stock problem of the domesticand foreign is analyzed, The structural model,association and impact assessment ofmodel of complex using state of one-dimensional cutting stock problem are constructedaccording to insufficiency of the research and problems for enterprise to resolve. Thesystem approach of complex using state of one-dimensional cutting stock problem isstudied, the decision model of one-dimensional cutting stock problem for supportingcomplex using state is constructed.Secondly, based on the analysis of characteristics of complex using state ofone-dimensional cutting stock problem, application requirements of the system aresummarized, organization structure and function structure of one-dimensional cuttingstock problem system supporting complex using state are constructed.Then, the contradictions of time efficiency and material utilization ratio of cuttingstock problem which large-scale cutting stock way brings are deeply studied,aone-dimensional cutting-stock method under the state of material indeterminacy isproposed. According to cutting-stock characteristics of order parts and standard parts, amathematical model of cutting-stock problem for order parts and standard partscombination is established. Then, a limited progression compound method based oncutting-stock characteristics of parts is proposed, and is also realized. Finally, the experimental results validate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.Finally, based on cutting stock subsystem of bar which belongs to863/CIMSsoftware product called CAD and production management integrated system forarchitecture metal structure, a one-dimensional cutting stock system supporting materialindeterminacy state by using the above research results is developed.This thesis’s research contents are the important part of the project supported bythe National Natural Science Foundation, and the research results and developed systemare also the important part of the winning project called cutting stock key technologiessupporting complex application requirements and its applications. This project has wonthe Second Award of the Scientific and Technological Progress of China’s Ministry ofEducation. The system has been applied to hundreds of enterprises, and goodapplication effect is obtained for reducing material consumption and improvingenterprises’ manufacturing level.
