The foamed concrete is a new kind of inorganiced insulation architecture materialwhich was developed these years. It is much more popular as its excellent performancewhith are light weight、good insulation、good fireproofing and so on. But traditionalfoamed concrete has same short comings, like low compression strength and greatbrittleness, stoped its further development. And this kind of insulation material is mostlymade of special cement, for example the sulphoaluminate cement. It brings higher costsand hindered the further development. In order to solve this problem, in this research,the super-light foamed concrete is made of Portland cement, and add VAE and PVA tomake the performance better.Studied the sodium aluminate、lithium carbonate and anhydrous sodium sulfateeffect on the cement coagulate. By comparing the different effect, finally determinedthat: the content of the lithium carbonate is about0.4%of the cement quality.Usingchemistry vesicant method, studied the relation between the water ratio、temperature、the content of foaming agent、the content of foam stabilizer、mixer speed、mixer timeand the concrete performance.The results show that the best condition for madding thefoamed concrete is when the feed ratio of water is0.53、0.4%lithium carbonate、mixing0.35%foaming ability agent、5%foaming agent(accordance with the quality ofcement)and the slurry temperature is27℃-29℃、 mixer speed is3000r/min、mixertime is60s.In this conditions, the lowest density of the product is294kg/m3、28dcompressive strength is0.848Mpa、 thermal conductivity is0.069W/(m.K).On the base of the best condition for madding the foamed concrete, studied theinfluence that VAE and Polyvinyl alcohol impact on the foamed concrete. The resultsshow that VAE makes the early compression strength weaker and28d compressionstrength higher. The Polyvinyl alcohol makes the apparent density lower,and with theapparent density lower, the compression strength weaker. When the quality of thePolyvinyl alcohol was in1.5%-2.1%, the apparent density was under150Kg/m3. In thiscondition, the compression strength is about0.152MPa. Moreover, VAE and Polyvinylalcohol all make the bending strength increased.At last, studied the pore structure of the polymer reshaping foamed concrete with SEM. The results show that the polymer forms film and packs the grain of the cementhydrate and fill in the foamed concrete to improve pore structure。...
