With the rapid development of urban construction in the Chongqing area and theincrease of building structures, the foundations are subject to more and more stringentenvironmental constraints, and their safety is also under strict control. Therefore allforecasts on deformation and impact on the surrounding environment is particularlyimportant during the period of construction. Because of the thickness of the soil inChongqing area, the depths of foundations is often in the weathering-breeze of rock, thefoundations in Chongqing area is special rock-soil foundations. Due to this typicalstructure of the rock–soils, the anchor support is used usually. Hereby research anddiscussion are made for the special rock-soil foundation,as following:①With the calculation of the limit equilibrium method, discussed theapplicability of the strength reduction for stability analysis in the foundations with theFlac3D software.②Summarizes the calculation model in the current numerical simulation of theanchor. By using the comparative analysis between the traditional strength reductionand the anchor’s strength reduction method through an engineering example, explorethe applicability of the anchor’s strength reduction in the analysis of the stability of thefoundations.③The numerical simulation based on the strength reduction method is used ofstudy the safety factor and the slip plane of the stability during the period ofconstruction,through the change of soil strength parameters and anchor strengthparameters.④The foundations with the anchor support which are separated some groud withthe different depths of the soil and different depths of the foundations are made ofcritical destruction with the numerical simulation and study the deformation and thedisplacement,which can provide reference for the optimization of the supportingstructure in the designed phase and construction department institute safety criterion ofthe foundation pits.⑤According to the analysis and contrast between the monitoring results in a casewhich is a typical destruction and the numerical simulation results, indicate the validity of the simulation results in this article.
