Along with the mechanical design and processing technology development, the gear manufacturing and use welcomed the opportunity of development. A data shows, the "eleventh five-year plan" period, China gear industry obtained the rapid development, output doubled, reached50billion yuan, the fourth in the world rankings. In nearly10years of development, our gear products made significant achievement many products have reached the international advanced level, but in transmission gear with quite a number of products and the advanced international level compared, in the vibration noise and fatigue life has the very big disparity and also has the material, heat treatment, process gear is closely related. Our gear products to to international level, cannot leave to the solution. So the gear meshing of noise control research has important guiding role and economic value.For decades in engineering more common lower gear noise measures, mainly is to improve the manufacturing precision of the gear and change gear design parameters, such as modification of the modules with gear, gear tooth surface roughness, reduce improve gear-shape error, but the current measures can be difficult to obtain obvious noise reduction effect. These measures of gear noise reduction though brings some effect, but it directly affects the manufacturing cost, increasing the gear design and machining burden, reduce the competitiveness of the gear. This paper, based on the high middle professor "the low noise gear economy precision" manufacturing process, as well as "friction associated damping" and "small protruding body oil film the elastic supporting effect" theory in the preparation of the lubricant, from the traditional "negative damping" theory bound, and develops the new idea of noise reduction gear lubrication.This paper introduces the design of the test bench test gear noise, and the experimental platform of main components of the theory analysis and calculation. Through the simulation experiment and noise reduction gear lubricants made noise experimental, combined with the spectrum analysis and modal analysis, and evaluation by the noise of the gear lubricants made in gear noise control ability, draw the following conclusion:1. The experiment showed that the noise reduction lubricant better control the ability of friction incentive and effective control of gear noise.2. In gear meshing and start at the end of the meshing there are relative sliding speed influence, proved the gearing mesh process in friction incentive for the frequency of meshing frequency2times the relationship.3. To the configuration of the noise reduction lubricant can produce a "micro convex body oil film elastic support effect", help to improve the ability of the anti-wear gear, which reduces the gear wear for the realization of the gear processing "low noise gear economy precision" manufacturing process, provide a powerful guarantee.
