UCAV targets assignment is the core part of UCAV cooperative task planning, which is critical to increase the operational effectiveness of UCAV formation. During the past ten years, the research on UCAV targets assignment has drawn wide attention of researchers and military. Thus, amounts of valuable research achievements have emerged. But it should be noted that the research on UCAV targets assignment is challenged by the UCAV practical application problems, even though it has achieved fruitful results. In practice, the operation of UCAV targets assignment strongly depends on the situational awareness (SA) information achieved by airborne sensors. Unfortunately, imperfections in the sensors and adversarial strategies could lead to the accurate and uncertain information. Thus, UCAV targets assignment with uncertain information becomes an important problem in the whole field of UCAV targets assignment. Even though, by now, the research on that problem has already raised relevant scholars’concern, it is still not theoretically and technologically mature. Therefore, this paper carries on theoretical research on UCAV targets assignment with uncertain information. The main works are as follows:(1) With respect to UCAV targets assignment problem with interval targets information achieved by sensors, UCAV targets assignment solved by SMAA (Stochastic Multi-criteria Acceptability Analysis) method based on interval targets information is proposed. Firstly, UCAV targets assignment problem with interval targets information is specifically described. Then, mathematical model of UCAV targets assignment with uncertain information is established. Finally, UCAV targets assignment is executed by SMAA and achieves reasonable results.(2) With respect to UCAV targets assignment problem with inconsistent interval targets information achieved by sensors, UCAV targets assignment method based on consistent interval targets information is proposed. Firstly, UCAV targets assignment problem with inconsistent interval targets information is specifically described and an uncertain information consensus analysis method is introduced. Then, interval targets information, which is consistent, is integrated. Finally, UCAV targets assignment is executed by SMAA method and achieves reasonable results.(3) With respect to UCAV targets assignment problem with inconsistent ordinal targets information achieved by sensors, UCAV targets assignment method based on consistent ordinal targets information is proposed. Firstly, the properties of ordinal information, the relative quantification operator of linguistic phrase and the weight representation for fuzzy quantification operator are described. Secondly, with the definition of aggregation operators, the method of UCAV targets assignment based on consistent ordinal information is proposed. Meanwhile, a consistency judgment method for sensor obtained information is given. Also, an adjustment method is proposed when the sensors obtained information is not consistent.(4) With respect to UCAV dynamic targets assignment problem based on order interval targets information achieved by sensors, UCAV cooperative dynamic targets assignment method based on ordinal interval targets information is proposed. Firstly, some concepts and characters of order interval are introduced. And dynamic target assignment intervals are established based on the target assignment indexes. Then, a dynamic targets assignment model is built. Finally, an optimal approach to the dynamic targets assignment model is given.At last, the research fruits are summarized. Following that, limitation of the research and future research emphasis are pointed out.
