In recent years, the modern high-rise building is developed in the comprehensive direction with complicated figures and various functions. It is necessary to disposal transfer floorstructure where vertical structure changes. Upside smaller room and downside largerroom to stagger axes of high-rising buildings. So the high-rise building with transfer slabs is increasingly applied in engineering. Orupside shear-wall anddownside frameto meet difference of structure systems. Thus, high-rising building’s function can be implement completely.Zhuzhou Zhonghong mansion is a concrete structure with transfer thick slab. Transfer floor is a 1.8 meters thick slab. There are three floors of the structure which under the thick slab is reinforced concrete frame-wall structures. The upper twenty-two floors of the structure is wall structures. Modal analysis, Pushover analysis and IDA analysis were applied by the structure analys software SAP2000 V14.This paper firstly made elastic analysis of the structure. Then got some conclusions through the analysis of structure vibration characteristics: relative stiffness of the transfer thick slab is very big, so can approximate it as rigid body; the shell element in elastic analysis can simulate the performance of transfer thick slab accurately; the flexural moment of concrete columns which near the transfer thick slab are very large, and is easy to form weak positions.Using the nonlinear shell element simulation shear wall in analysis of the push. Across the an1ysis of pushover, under the strong earthquake action, the wickless points of the structure didn’t appears on the transfer thick slab but the below frame structure floors and the beams between shear wall, then occurs on the column of shear wall, the transfer thick slab is always in elastic condition.This paper use the fast nonlinear analysis method (FNA) in IDA analysis, and the shear wall has been replaced by multi-vertical-line -element model. and the limit-state capacities and different fractile IDA curves are also obtained. Through the calculating of reliability, the structure can meet the requirements of the Seismic performance. Finally, Pushover analysis result and IDA analysis results were compared in this article.Through calculating, Pushover analysis results and IDA analysis results were compared in this paper. The seismic behavior of structures under a rare earthquake was estimated. by the result of analysis, The dissertations have vast reference values for thedesign of the similar complicated tall building.
