With the diversity of architectural forms and the general development of high-rise buildings, pile foundation has become the main basis for the most forms of high-rise buildings. Meanwhile, in the field of structural engineering and geotechnical engineering the study of pile - soil - structure interaction has become increasingly popular topic. Because of the complexity of pile-soil-structure interaction the actual projects adopt the method that seismic design of structures and study are based on the rigid foundation. When the stiffness of the upper part of the structure is closer to the foundation stiffness, this method will bring larger error. Therefore, when design is done, considering the effect of pile- soil-structure interaction is very necessary. The dynamic analysis method needs amount of computation calculation and sometimes it is difficult to effectively simulate the failure state. Static analysis (Pushover Analysis) is widely used to assess the seismic capacity of structures at China and other countries in recent years. This new method can effectively estimate the nonlinear deformation of the structures and components. It can obtain more stable results and reduce the contingency analysis results. It can solve the problems that the technology of the dynamic time history analysis is complex and calculation is a heavy workload. Thus, the analysis of this paper used this method that the forms of load mainly adopt the inverted triangle load and uniformly distributed load for analysis.The12-story frame-structure was analyzed by Pushover methods and Time history. There had a study about the frame structure what has three different forms of ground situation: the rigid foundation, considered the pile-soil interaction of linear and nonlinear interaction of. Then this article summed up the discipline of the reaction of structure by the method that the distribution and the emerging order of the plastic hinge, the comparison of the capacity spectrum curves were regularly reviewed. Then this paper discussed that the different stiffness of the superstructure have the influence on the interaction system.Through the above, from the idea of the displacement/ performance-based, considering effects of soil - soil nonlinear interaction will be more realistic to the situation of the project, which will provides a theoretical analysis path to the seismic design and the study, which is conducive to further test.
