Abstract/Summary:
Because of service life, environmental impact, increasing traffic volume and otherreasons, China’s large number of existing building needs strengthening and repairing,drawing on the ideas which has been put into use the new material of carbon fiberreinforced,we put forward a kind of optimization method of reinforcement, namely:prestressed carbon fiber reinforcement method. This method makes full use ofmaterial strength performance, based on the carbon fiber material to thepredetermined prestress exert considerable strength, in order to improve the interfacebetween carbon fiber and concrete bond stress distribution.After inhibiting the carbonfiber debonding failure, reinforcement components of the overall force performance isimproved , therefore the prestressed CFRP plate cloth ( board ) of reinforcement ofbridge structures has been widely applied as a new reinforcement technology. Butstrengthened with prestressed carbon fiber reinforced polymer component mostly usesthe deterministic manner (finite element analysis and experimental verification of themethod ) to analyse force behavior, safe use performance etc. The strengthenedstructure rarely make the reliability analysis, the statistical variations associated withthe main design variables have been largely ignored. The research contents of thispaper are as follows:(1) Summarized the development about strengthened with prestressed carbonfiber reinforced polymer and the application of the reliability theory(2) On the basis of the existing literature, the paper analyse the limit statefunction of RC beams strengthed with prestressed CFRP, determine the statisticalparameters and probability distribution function.(3) According to the statistical analysis method of structural componentresistance,the paper make reliability analysis for main influencing factors ofPrestressed CFRP reinforced concrete beam resistance, The improved importancesampling method is proposed to calculate the reliability index, which shows itsaccuracy. The influence of changes in the variables(such as geometry and materialproperties) is analyzed.(4) Making relationship analysis about reliability index and partial coefficient ofcarbon fiber cloth reinforced concrete beams. based on the reliability index,calculated coefficient of resistance and load effects...
