This paper based on the energy Hamilton variational principle and the basichypothesis of thin plate , and consider the influence of damping foundation , the staticand dynamic control equations and the plate external control equations of rectangularthin plate with four free sides under coupling effect condition are derived and solvedby the Rayleigh-Ritz method and Cyclic iterative method which on the doubleparameter elastic foundation . then discusses the effects of the foundation damping ,the foundation elastic modulus and the board structure parameters on the nonlinearfree vibration characteristics of four free sides rectangular thin plate which on thedouble parameter elastic foundation . the dynamic characteristics of rectangular thinplate under the action of moving load are analyzed , and then study the static anddynamic characteristics theory of the concrete rigid pavement , finally the innovationand development of the traditional theory of the concrete rigid pavement areproposed , the main contents are as follows :1. The static control equation reflecting the coupling effect between thefoundation and pavement is derived by energy variational principle on the basis ofthe visco-elastic foundation model ,then the equation is solved by Galerkin method .which consider the effect of foundation depth , plate thickness and the shape of theplate on the system static characteristics . at the same time the stress distribution iscalculated , this method has the advantages of saving time and facilitate procedures .2. The road panel frequency control equation is derived based on the energyvariational principle which on the double parameter elastic foundation . then thefundamental frequency of the system is calculated by Re and iterative method , andthe effect of viscoelastic foundation frequency changes on foundation stiffness andadded mass is studied . then the corresponding vibration modes of foundation iscalculated , which has high precision .3. This paper studied the dynamic characteristics of the rigid pavement which on the double parameter elastic foundation based on the static analysis and freevibration .
