With the increasingly large-scale, overloading, high speed and complexity of the machinery equipments, equipment condition monitoring and fault diagnosis technology is playing an increasingly important role in security, stability, full load in the long run. And it needs the support of information technology in modern industrial and manufacturing industries. In order to realize the real-time monitoring and control, remote monitoring and fault diagnosis based on Internet has become an important sign in modern industrial production. It has important practical significance to strengthen state monitoring and fault diagnosis to improve production efficiency.Cloud computing is a new calculation method based on the shared infrastructure. The huge pools of resources are connected to provide powerful storage space, computing power and some other solutions. In recent years, cloud computing technology has been a very good application and development in the manufacturing, medical, transportation, finance, education and other industries. Such as cloud manufacturing platform in China Aerospace Science and Industry Corp, Tianjin Lang technology digital engineering simulation platform, pork quality safety traceability supervision system in Chengdu cloud computing center. In this paper, the cloud computing technology is applied to the fault diagnosis of equipments, design and implementation distributed storage and parallel computing for fault data. And it provides a good solution for the technique of equipment fault diagnosis and other aspects of the application.Hadoop developed by Apache is a distributed processing software framework for free, and it is efficiently used for processing large amounts of data. Because Hadoop has many advantages of high efficiency, high reliability, scalability and low cost, it has become a popular cloud computing platform. In this paper, it has builded a cloud computing development environment and database cluster in Hadoop frame, and analysis the parallel FFT algorithm under the MapReduce programming model. A simple equipment fault diagnosis system based on cloud computin has been proposed, including login module, cluster nodes monitoring module, signal analysis and fault diagnosis module. After deploying and testing the program and analyzing the bearing fault of6205-2RS JEM SKF, the system achieves a designed target. And it can also add some other diagnosis methods and intelligent algorithm in order to meet the needs of modernization management of equipment for small and medium-sized enterprises.It has created a new low cost, easy operation, interactive terminal mode, and it is also of great significance for the long-term development of enterprises. Finally, the research work of system is summarized and the future work is prospected in the paper.
