Because of its clean, environment friendly, green, and high-efficiency advantages, electric vehicle has aroused more and more attention among us, it has developed rapidly in recent years, and it is considered as the most promising green cleaning car in the21st century. This subject introduces the power supply system of electric vehicle, the main purpose is the research on the dc power supply system.The dc power supply system includes battery voltage stabilizing system and load power supplying system of electric vehicle. The battery voltage stabilizing system adopts the dual active bridge topology (DAB),the load power supplying system adopts the phase shift full bridge topology (PSFB). Both the two systems use advanced digital control technology, use TMS320F28035as the main control chip, to achieve hi-speed, flexible, intelligent control. The auxiliary power supply of the two systems uses flyback converter based on UCC28600chip which realizes quasi resonant multi mode control and improves the efficiency of auxiliary power supply greatly.The paper details with the analysis of the working principle during each work modal and the comparison of every control method of the two topologies. Also analyses the work principle flyback circuit and the work principle of the digital controller TMS320F28035. Also build the simulation model of DAB and PSFB, and do a lot of simulations, including the waveforms at every point of the converter under different control strategies. And on the basis of the above, accomplish the drawing of DAB circuit, PSFB circuit, flyback circuit and DSP control circuit of the system, the analysis of the work principle, the calculation of the parameter, the selection of the electronic components and drawing of the PCB boards. Finally complete the building of the experiment platform and the debugging of voltage stabilizing system and load power supplying system, analyze the experimental results, make conclusions. At last, it turns out the two converters can run stably for a long time, and the final experimental results meet the requirements of the established.
