It is a building constructure of bridge which has a carrying capacity and capacity across the valleys, rivers or other obstacles in the railways, highways, pipelines and channels. It can be said that the bridge is the lifeblood of transportation. However, the last two decades, as the country continued investment in infrastructure, bridge construction accident enters into the high incidence period. The bridge construction phase risk assessment can effectively reduce the probability of risk occurrence in construction phase, reduce post-operational and maintenance costs, and improve the life of the bridge. In this paper, continuous prestressed concrete beam bridge which is common style in bridge project be conduct risk assessment in construction phase. In this thesis, the literature search method, the comparative analysis method and computer simulation and other methods will be used. The main tasks are as follows:(1) Through reading extensive literature and data collation, it described the status of research at home and abroad, and clarified the contents, research methods and research results to be obtained of the paper;(2) It overview and summarize the theory of project risk, project risk management and operational processes;(3) Using probability theory and mathematical modeling tool, it study the risk model of the bridge in construction phase and establish a basic model of the risk loss, value estimates and time estimation model. Damage model of bridge structures, casualty model and the duration loss model has been studied and discussed;(4) A50+80+50m continuous beam bridge’s risk assessment in construction phase have been done. It uses layer decomposition method to identify the basic sources of risk and use the letter inquiry to consult experts to estimate the risk;(5) The major risk source had conduct to the special construction risk assessment. Specific assessments have two major areas. On the one hand, it can be assessed in accordance with the normal risk assessment process. On the other hand, it can be assessed the finite element model simulation analysis. After the normal risk assessment had completed, it should develop relevant measures to ensure that the project safety according to the characteristics of the project. In construction phase, it uses simulation and comparative analysis methods to calculate and analyze the significant risks. According to the analysis of calculation results, the policy makers can make optimal decisions using the risk probability and the acceptable level of risk.
