In order to ensure the lithium batteries to normal, safe and effective work, the electric vehicles must be configured to specific lithium battery management system.Power lithium battery SOC dynamic management system for lithium batteries remaining charge amount (SOC) state estimation, control and management. Among them, the SOC dynamic real-time estimation has been the core of the system of power lithium battery, the main parameters to reflect the functional state of power lithium battery, and judge the basis for the vehicle control strategy. In this paper, power lithium battery SOC dynamic estimation method.In this paper, Literature-depth understanding of power lithium battery application status at home and abroad, the basic structure and classification of power lithium battery and its work principle, and several conventional power lithium battery remaining capacity (SOC) estimation method for comparative analysis. Experimental lithium battery charge and discharge characteristic curve analysis of power lithium battery charge and discharge characteristics and SOC influencing factors at the same time, while the extended Kalman filter (EKF) algorithm to estimate the applied power lithium battery remaining capacity (SOC) exists two defects. On this basis, the paper adopted based on unscented Kalman filter (UKF) in estimating the SOC of the lithium battery to overcome the defects of the EKF.
