With the rapid development of the electric power industry, General improvement of people’s living standard, EHV, UHV power gaid have been put into operation at the same time, People demands more and more high quality and reliability of power supply, reactor used will produce a series of problems:Formation of structure of EHV, UHV power grid as well as load changes, require quick response to a large number of adjustable to smooth voltage reactive power, maintain the balance of system reactive power flow, reduce losses, improve the reliability of electricity supply. Network development on electromagnetic product design requirements getting higher and higher. Magnetic property of ferromagnetic materials in the accurate simulation of electromagnetic field numerical analysis related to the electrical energy saving and optimization of product design, is one of the current hot issues in Computational Electromagnetics research. With magnetic control reactor of research as the theme of this article to explore the characteristics of magnetic circuit of reactor internal movements and changes.This article’s primary research is in the design of reactor and its application in process, unpredictable nature of working in complex electromagnetic environment is the biggest hidden dangers reactor doing well. This study through mathematical model to simulate reactor complex magnetic hysteresis characteristics and reasonable mathematical model of magnetic characteristics of building reactors, research reactors in operation and characteristics of materials in the process model combining numerical calculation of electromagnetic field. By specific experimental measurements in the product design of trajectory control of implementation of change of magnetic flux density waveform measurement of magnetic field strength, describe perceptual components of magnetic circuit of DC bias characteristics, as well as working in "steady-state" under conditions of electromagnetic characteristics, electromagnetic relation analysis under different running conditions and steady-state, transient models, accurate calculation of the electromagnetic field in the reactor...
