Gypsum is necessary for the development of the world of green building materials.China is a large gypsum resources, but the technical level of the gypsum application is relatively backward, and a very effective way to improve the performance of gypsum plaster mixing admixture. Technical, economic and environmental advantages of building plaster is unmatched by other cementitious materials. As concrete admixture improvements in technology led to the technological revolution of concrete materials and their engineering, gypsum admixtures in-depth research and development will also the development of gypsum industry and its related fields to bring a positive and profound impact.Kashgar city a warm temperate continental arid climate, drought, evaporation, the disparity in hot and cold, and earthquake-prone zone. The traditional Islamic architecture, the building at the top of the dome structure outside with colored glazed brick decoration, glazed tiles long-term sun exposure, and weight, and the dome structure of the arc, so the bonding material higherrequirements. The traditional construction process adhesive material made of gypsum, but gypsum bond strength and setting time is very short, a great deal of inconvenience to the construction and bonding effects. Add the appropriate admixture of gypsum can all aspects of performance has been greatly improved to meet users’needs.Improve the gypsum from the retarding effect and bond strength to start, reasonable screening admixtures, and the use of orthogonal test of the experimental design method to select the optimal mix ratio. Analysis of the mechanism of the composite admixture, and the influence of compound admixtures on gypsum crystal morphology using scanning electron microscopy analysis and research. Glazed tiles paste process were discussed, and ultimately determine the point paste method with thin paste method.The key findings are:(1) the use of orthogonal experimental design method obtained the optimal ratio of the composite additives, and the SPSS software statistical analysis of the percentage content of the various factors that affect the test results to a significant extent as well as various factorslinear relationship with the test results.(2) Use the scanning electron microscopy to find the crystal morphology changes by adding admixtures of gypsum and non-doped admixtures of gypsum hardened body in a variety of experimental conditions.
