With the development of urban construction in China, China’s construction industry continues to progress, the high-rise buildings are emerging. In this paper, the framework-wall structure of actual live project as a simulation object, ANSYS finite element software is used to analysis the structure of the seismic performance.One, ANSYS finite element software is applied to establish the model of the frame-shear wall structure, analysis the frame-shear wall structure under earthquake from three aspects of the shear wall stiffness (shear wall thickness, number and opening rates), then analysis the internal force and displacement of model results. And comparing the model with the actual project, come to the differences and superiorities between several models.Two, through the modal analysis of frame-shear wall structure, we get the vibration and frequency of the structure, and indicated the vibration characteristics of the structure in different directions. In the X and Y direction, the displacement is small, and the impact on the overall structure of the security is also small; but in two directions the torsional deformation on the structure to make larger deformation, we need to improve the stability of the structure.Three, elastic time history analysis of the structure, according to the specification requirements, enter the three different seismic waves to the entity model, it could analyze the dynamic characteristics of the frame-shear wall structure under the action of the multi-earthquake. When enter the seismic waves of different horizontal direction on the structural model, we should analyze the node displacement of the structure, and also compare and analyze the largest displacement of the moment on detail, and thus fully understanding the earthquake structure with time changes in circumstances.Fore, under the analysis of ANSYS finite element, we analyze the different structure model and compare them on the PKPM, then we get the structural model to meet the specification limits, and the PKPM is a validation add and analysis to ANSYS.
