Introduced into the mainland from Hong Kong, Sleeve Valve Pipe Grouting Method is a relatively new foundation treatment process. Although Sleeve Valve Pipe Grouting Method has been gradually used in the country,but the research on shell material in engineering is very little. The higher of the broken level of sleeve body material, the greater of the grouting rate, also the smaller of the grouting pressure. The quality of the sleeve body material pouring is the key to ensure the success of the grouting. Sleeve body materials should be small shrinkage,high brittleness,low viscosity,the smaller chromatography rate of water,high stability,high early strengh. Sleeve body material adopted to cohesive soil is given priority,cement,supplemented by low-strength formula. Sleeve valve pipe grouting method has more and more applicated in shanxi, but there has no national standard or a technical code for this process currently, so in order to guide the foundation reinforcement with the sleeve valve pipe method, improve the technology management level of sleeve valve pipe foundation reinforcement construction in Shanxi Province, in the year of2011, Shanxi Province began to establishment a local code "Technical Code for Sleeve valve pipe grouting reinforced"(DBJ/T290-2012)(It will implement in May1,2012).On this background, as a participating unit, we did a set of experiments on sleeve bosy material, in order to provide the basis for the procedures and the parameters for construction.In this paper, by continuously adjusting the proportion of cement,bentonite and water,we got different sleeve body materials, in each group sets of sleeve body material, viscosity,proportion and strengh we studied, then the following main conclusions were draw:(1) The following is on the viscosity:In the same situation of the bentonite content and water content, viscosity of sleeve body material increase with the increasing of cement content; Water cement and cement content in the same case, the more of bentonite content, the greater of the viscosity; The same proportion of cement and bentonite, the smaller of the water content, the greater of the viscosity;In the same situation of the ordinary soil and cement content, the more of the water content, the smaller of the viscosity; In the same situation of the cement content, the more of the water content, viscosity containing bentonite is greater than the viscosity containing ordinary soil.(2) The following is on the proportion: Bentonite and wanter in the same circumstances, the proportion of sleeve body material increase with the increase of cement content; cement and water in the same circumstances, the more of bentonite content, the greater of the proportion; bentonite and cement in the same circumstances, the more of the water content, the smaller of the proportion; Ordinary soil and cement in the same circumstances, the more of the water content, the greater of the proportion.(3) The following is on compressive strength:Under the same curing conditions and in the same mixture ratio, the longer of the curing time, the higher of the compressive strength; in the same ratio of the water-cement, the more of bentonite content, the greater of the compressive strength; the same case of the bentonite content, the greater of the water-cement ratio, the smaller of the compressive strength; the same cases of the cement and bentonite, the less of the content of the water, the greater of the compressive strength; in the same mixture ratio, compressive strength of the sleeve body with sand, this shows that it can improve sleeve body material brittleness when mixed with the right amount of sand; in the same mixture ratio, compressive strength of small test block is greater than big test block; the same case of other conditions, compressive strength in standard curing conditions is greater than in natural curing conditions.(4) The following is on analysis of water rate:Water-cement ratio in certain circumstances, the set of sleeve body material ’s viscosity increases with the bentonite content increases, but the analysis of the water rate decrease.
