Ronan Point department collapsed incessantly because of gas explosion in Britain in1968and people started to pay attention to the importance of progressive Anti-collapse. After that, Europe and US published the code of progressive Anti-collapse. The matter of progressive collapse of structures was concerned by all around world again after the Sept.11attacks. The scholars of all nations make an intensive study of evaluations of the ability of progressive Anti-collapse and methods in the new structure design. Primary rules about the way to improve the ability of progressive Anti-collapse and avoid collapsing incessantly are published in the latest code in our country. This paper analyzes the ability of progressive Anti-collapse in the frame-structure based on domestic and international codes.1Take a regular frame-structure as example, this paper uses analysis software SAP2000in four ways (linear Static force method, nonlinear Static force method, linear dynamic force method, nonlinear dynamic force method) to discuss the changes of endogen force and the R-S ration when one layer collapsed. Also, this paper makes a comparison with these four methods and gives its shorts and merits.2This paper adopts the linear Static force method of SAP2000to discuss the ability of progressive Anti-collapse of the frame-structure through lateral and vertical comparisons when different columns at one layer and different layers were removed.3Use the same method to analyze the incessant collapse of frame-structure in different anti-seismic measures and discuss the influences of different seismic fortification intensities. Then define a norm of the ability to resist the incessant collapse and compare the ability to resist the incessant collapse in the frame-structure of different seismic fortification intensities.
