The seamless turnout of slab track, as a new kind of turnout, is an important part of high speed railway. As the special structure of turnout, the Vertical Stiffness is different along the longitudinal direction. This will not only lead to the influence of comfort and security of the train, but only increase the wheel-rail interaction force, accelerate the injury of the turnout structure. Therefore, researching the distribution law of vertical stiffness of the new turnout is very necessary, the same to the homogenization of the vertical stiffness. The research content is as follows:After research in detail the construction of the stiffness of the high speed turnout and its computing method and make a systematic summarization of the setting method of the railway stiffness of the high speed turnout, the suitable stiffness of the seamless turnout with the speed350km/h and the configuration of all the parts have been confirmed, with the five criterions with the suitable stiffness:the running quality of the train, the vibration level of turnout, the size of deformation and the matching relationship of stiffness of all the parts.The whole computation model of the stiffness of the seamless turnout is established and the calculation procedure is worked out. Though out the procedure, the regularity of distribution of the stiffness of the slab turnout has been gained, and the influence of the spacer block, the smooth bed, the cutting of the switch rail and nose rail and the mortar concrete layer to the stiffness of the turnout is analyzed and compared with the seamless turnout of the long sleeper buried-type.Though the simple single freedom model of the single wheel passing the irregularities vertical stiffness of the turnout, the dynamic additional load of the train is researched and the influence law of every part of the track to the homogenization degree of the track stiffness is analyzed. Finally, combined with engineering feasibility, the judging standard of the ratio of the vertical stiffness along longitudinal direction is raised, that is the ratio of the vertical stiffness is decreased to1.3.By means of the stiffness of the railway, the radio of the vertical stiffness, the variation of the stiffness and the engineering feasibility, the homogenization criterion the stiffness of the slab turnout is proposed, the method of setting reasonable of the stiffness of rubber mat under the spacer block is analyzed. Using the homogenization criterion and method, the homogenization of the stiffness of the turnout of slab track is researched and several engineering proposals are raised. In addition, through the finite element theory of superelasticity, the design of the stiffness and the test of the intensity of the tie plate is carried though, in the end, several projects are raised to realize the stiffness homogenization of the slab turnout.
