Research On Computer Key Of Traction Substation’s Anti-Mistake Defense System

In recent years, in order to guarantee the safe and stable running of traction substation’s equipments, the railway’s department of safety administration has adopted a series of anti-mistake defense measures, especially the application of microcomputer anti-mistake defense system, which has enormously raised the reliability of the traction power supply system. As the most important executive equipment of microcomputer anti-mistake defense system, computer key develops from the previous manual unlocking operation into intelligent unlocking controlling. With the permeation of embedded controlling technology, computer key is developing towards intellectualization, inform atization and networking.According to the controlling principles and technological characteristics of anti-mistake defense system and various functions of computer key, a new system of intelligent computer key is developed in this thesis. And the related hardware circuit, including CPU PACK, power circuit,switching circuit,radio frequency Identification circuit,infrared communication circuit, and unlocking controlling circuit, is designed based on embedded hardware platform EasyARM5749and its rich peripheral resources. At the same time, the integrated environment IAR EWARM is used to develop an application system of computer key, which includes system initialization, RFID, IrDA communication program, the execution of operation order, etc.Besides, an infrared-to-Ethernet communication module, which realizes the Ethernet communication between computer key and the master system of anti-mistake defense, is also developed. Ethernet’s remote control lays a foundation for substation’s automatic controlling platform’s integrating into anti-mistake defense.Finally, a master system of anti-mistake defense is designed, which realizes the operation order’s remote data receiving and sending, the state display of substation’s primary equipment, and test of computer key’s various functions. Compared with the traditional computer key, this one satisfies the demand of remote automatic controlling of traction substation’s anti-mistake defense.
