With the continuous improvement of the level of industrialization, Computer has been widely used in the field of industrial control, Industrial control systems are developing in large and complex control direction, meanwhile, the high requirements of the degree of industrial automation, making a wide variety of control devices and process monitoring device has been applied in the industrial field. Information technology for the automation was the development at the same time, also makes automation systems increasingly high demand for employees. In this paper, combined with the laboratory process of transformation, using the configuration software on the computer to establish the simulation of the experimental system, simplify the complexity of the experimental operation,improve the efficiency, reduce the requirements for laboratory personnel, completed the process of human-computer interaction, has a certain Engineering significance.The configuration software, use its own gallery and dynamic graphics, to establish the simulation of the test system, complete dynamic simulation of the experimental, the same time, through the establishment of real-time database systems and on-site data collection devices to the formation of communication, used to monitor the experiment data changes.
