City high-speed development, the global ecological environment is deteriorating, human physical and mental health is facing a huge threat to the increasing number of people in a healthy condition, there is an urgent need a regulating body and mind, ease the pressure of working life space. In this context, the establishment of a set of unique and elaborate leisure and health park planning and design methods, developed in line with the needs of contemporary people’s health space design, to fill vacancies in the leisure and health park space planning and design theory to guide our garden design practice.Traditional health culture, medicine, environmental psychology and modern landscape planning, design theory is based on the use of theoretical research, case analysis, interdisciplinary research methods, combined with the practice to contemporary health park planning and design study, to explore the Garden of health special landscape design theory and methods can be utilized in practice.
