The designed system to achieve the uniform of the measured tensile failure of polymer materials, as well as damage to the heat it generates during the induced magnetic measurement and acquisition. Thesis work includes the following aspects:First, according to the magnetic effect of thermally induced polymer test measurement requirements of the design of the system hardware. Described in detail in this system Fuzzy Adaptive PID control method.Again, based on the C programming language is implemented on the next bit machine drawing machine control, sensor data acquisition matrix, A / D conversion and data uploaded to the computer. Use of the computer Labwindows / CVI programming environment, the preparation of the special software acquisition and control system to achieve a graphical interface, the sensor zero, fuzzy adaptive PID control, and other functions.Finally, the test system to complete the test, and test results are analyzed and the results meet the design requirements.
