Micro-grid is a distributed control system, and the vast amounts of control data,distributed control features and control methods can’t achieve dispatch flexiblely andeffectively. Coordination between Distributed Generation and power grid can be improved byusing Agent theory.The main work is as follow:1、In this paper, firstly hybrid control method is proposed based on the hierarchicalcontrol method and the full distribution control method of micro-grid. In this method,micro-grid power controller unit and load controller unit control the power controller and loadcontroller individually, which reduce the dependency of each controller to the central controlunit, thereby reducing the concentration of data to the central control unit, thus decreasingpressure on micro-grid communication.Service restoration strategy structure with Agent waspresented according to characteristics of the hybrid control method. A micro-gridgrid-connected model containing three micro-sources was established using Matlab/simulinksoftware, and the analysis showed that when the failure happens in the distribution network,the strategy can improve the reliability and flexibility of power through the coordination andcommunication between the Agents.2、Micro-grid control system based on Agent is proposed. In the Agent system structure,islanding detection Agent, switching Agent, local control Agent (including PQ Agent and V/fAgent) along with the parameters was designed. The characteristics of Distributed Genetationvoltage, operating frequency and power were studied through simulation when the grid wasrunning between the grid-connected mode and the islanding mode. Simulation results showthat PQ Agent–V/f Agent control mode can output the specified active and reactive power ina grid-connected mode, and in the island mode can maintain the system voltage and frequencystable adjusting active and reactive power output of the system, so that the output of activeand reactive power can match with load. Therefore, the application of PQ Agent-V/f Agentcontrol mode is more conducive to maintain the operation of the system stable.
