The concrete pump truck is a special vehicle on which pumping mechanism andboom system are integrated.The boom system is a core part of a concrete pumptruck,also is the most important structural part in the design and study.Theenvironment of pump truck is adverse,and the boom keep jittering in the pouringprocess,it can lead to fatigue damage and fracture.Therefore,the technology upgradingof boom system becomes a hotspot.In this dissertation,theoretically based on multibody dynamics,finite elementmethod and parametric analysis,the boom system of concrete pump truck is analyzedby means of dynamic simulation,kinematics simulation and vibration analysis and theposition of hydraulic cylinder hinge is optimized.The main contents can besummarized as follows:1. By the joint simulation of UG,ANSYS and ADAMS,the rigid model of concretepump truck and the rigid-flexible coupling model of concrete pump truck areestablished.The models are analyzed through kinematics and dynamics,and the boom isanalyzed in strength.2.Using the rigid-flexible dynamic method and virtual prototype parametricmethod to optimize the position of hydraulic cylinder hinge point,we can find whichhinges seriously affectes the force of the hydraulic cylinder luffing mechanism,thenoptimize the hinge coordinates.3.The boom vibration is analyzed in the most dangerous conditions.From theanalysis, the natural frequency,mode of vibration,displacement frequency responsecurve is obtained.
