The Evaluation Of City Trafifc System Based On The Concept Of Green Traffic

The rapid development of economy drives the urbanization and induces the increase ofpeople’s traffic demand. Then the series of traffic problem arises，traffic jams has causedserious waste of time，the traffic accident happened frequently，the automobile exhaustemissions is harmful to the survival of mankind, The environmental pollution is increasing，the city ecological is deteriorated, etc ,so much question is prominent , the various aspects ofsociety have been impacted seriously . To a certain extent, the sustainable development of thecity has been blocked. Green traffic, as a new concept, is the transformation from the car tohumanism as the concept standard, the goal is to realize the sustainable development of thetraffic , the optimal use of resources, the coordination of traffic, resources and ecology,pursuits the harmonious development of traffic and social, economic, resources ofenvironment etc，which accords with the sustainable development of society.The thesis is based on the exploration of the green traffic theory and the mutual effectbetween urban traffic and urban economic is analysised, environmental, economic etc. Fromwhich we can understand that the purpose of developing green traffic is promoting thesustainable development of the city, by the deep understanding of connotation about theGreen traffic of the city and according to the construction of the ideas and principles of theevaluation index system and considering the availability of the index data, the evaluationcomprehensive evaluation index system structure is established which is used in the greendevelopment evaluation of urban traffic system , Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is selectedto determined the weight ,the data envelopment analysis (DEA) and the matter-element andextension method are selectde as the main methods of evaluation.Based on the foundation of the above theory researched, the green development statusof changsha’s traffic system is evaluated in the thesis by combining the two methods, throughthe analysis and comparison of the two methods, the green development degree of the trafficsystem in changsha city is concluded, and according to problems existing in the developmentin changsha city, and the strategy suggestions of the development of green traffic in Changshais proposed，which is practical significant for promoting the development of green traffic inChangsha.
