The battery power is the core energy of the electric vehicles, but is also one of the main factors restricting the development of electric vehicles. Compared to conventional batteries, lithium batteries are with a large advantage in energy and power performance, are battery of the fastest growing and have most application prospects.By the current battery level of manufacturing technology restrictions and single-cell lithium can not meet the practical application of the electric vehicle field performance. In the existing conditions, lithium effective way to meet the requirements of high power and high energy power source generally use the series as the way to take advantage of the single cells. In actual using, the battery pack often produces a single cell inconsistency, The consistency of the battery directly determine the use of the entire group of battery performance and life, affect the power and mileage of electric vehicles. Balances management of the battery pack become the primary means to solve the consistency problem.This paper first analyzes the causes and impact of the consistency of the battery pack, and pointed out that the battery balanced management is an important means to solve the consistency problem of the battery pack. Studied the battery pack at home and abroad balanced, pointing out the advantages and disadvantages of the equalization scheme.Combining the characteristics of lithium batteries and lithium battery pack charging method, designs a reasonable balance charging module.Then studied currently estimated soc method. Combining the characteristics of the lithium-ion battery and battery-balanced design takes the open-circuit voltage balance control strategies and the corresponding algorithm analysis of equilibrium strategies.Balanced charging module main circuit, the external circuit and sampling circuit design and conduct experiments.
