Influence Of The Shield Tunnel Construction On The Pipeline

With the increase of urban population, the traffic problem is getting worse. The subway as one means of economical, environmental and also highly efficient transport has been highly developed in large cities. The construction of the subway is becoming more and more popular. With the increase of the subway construction, the problems which the construction of the subway faced become more and more prominent. People mainly concerned the impact which comes from the construction of the subway to the structures.This paper is based on one of the subway project and try to find out the impact of the excavation of the parallel shield tunnel to the soil and the underground pipeline base on the field data and computer simulation analysis. We can also analyze the displacement and stress changes of the soil and the pipeline. We hope that we can provide some reference to the construction and design of the subway.This paper analyzes the impact of the excavation of the shield tunnel to the soil and the pipeline that lies in the soil. Considering the construction process of the tunnel, we can study the displacement and stress changes of the soil and pipeline from the following aspects:1. According to the mechanism of soil deformation caused by the tunnel excavation, we can analyze the trend of the soil displacement and stress created by the shield tunnel excavation.2. Analyze the rules of the surface subsidence caused by the shield tunnel so as to provide some reference to control the surface deformation.3. Analyze the changes of the pipelines, which are parallel or perpendicular to the axis of the shield tunnel, so as to provide some reference to the protection of the pipeline.This paper uses finite element software-ANSYS to analyze and compute the model which extracts from the field project, and analyze the effect of the excavation of the shield tunnel on the soil and the pipeline. I try to find the rules and offer some guidance.
