It intend to enhance the device performance. It’s mainly summarized as follows:Firstly,We studied the membrane of the high PEDOT preparation method.Before the high PEDOT used laboratory preparation methods is the form of film drops.But because this way caused serious short circuit phenomenon,so we research the new way of high PEDOT which is pasting process. This process is not only can more easily labeled to the active layer, which makes it more closely,but also solve the phenomenon of short circuit, which makes the device performance optimization.Secondly, because of reports in the literature, the change of the work function can change the influence on the performance of the device. So we studied NA-OH to the influence of ITO. soaking ITO with NA-OH can reduce the work function of ITO,which makes the anode and cathode of ITO vary more.,Which leads to the performance of the devices change.soaking ITO with NA-OH makes tie work function of ITO lower,which can lead to better performance of the device.Thirdly, Study on the effect of modified electrodes to the device:Because of the cathode modified can change device performance,so we guess the cathode is modified to the power function change somewhat ITO role. So we studied ZnO and Cs2CO3to the work function of ITO changes and the role of the device at performance.
