| ABSTRACT:With development of China’s electrified railway system toward to High-speed and Heavy-load direction, transport efficiency of railway system improved significantly too. As well, reliability of railway system has been attached great importance. To ensure railway system running reliably, ZPW-2000A type frequency shift autoblock system has been developed and used. It comes from UM71type frequency shift autoblock system and is designed suiting to railway system of our country. As a core part of ZPW-2000A type frequency shift autoblock system, ZPW-2000A type no-insulation track circuit, is guarantee to reliable operation of railway system. And in track circuit there is unbalance traction current which increases with scale of traction current increased. Therefore, research of electromagnetic immunity of track circuit has a very important meaning. research is divided into following aspects.First, this thesis gives an in-depth research on ZPW-2000A type no-insulation track circuit. operating mechanism of track circuit, structures and operating characteristics of all functional components of it are analyzed. According to analysis, immunity characteristics of ZPW-2000A type no-insulation track circuit has been got, and interference of unbalanced traction current on track circuit has also been researched based on it. On basis of research, anti-interference characteristics of track circuit about harmonic current is concluded, that lies foundation for further research of unbalance traction current interferenceSecondly, generation mechanism of unbalance current is gained by research on lots of literatures. Combined with data in Zhengxi-line test and in-depth research on harmonic sources in track circuit, frequency characteristics of two important harmonic sources has been gained.Then, according to in-depth research on interference of unbalanced traction current on track circuits, standard files related to track circuit are studied.Based on full understanding of standard files, track circuit harmonic immunity auto test system is developed in Labview. With track circuit harmonic immunity auto test system, we can finish all tests about immunity of track circuit based on TB/T3073-2003standard. As well, we can take some other tests on research of immunity of track circuit to unbalanced traction current, as well as harmonic immunity tests described in GB/T 17626.13-2006and any other tests described in TB/T3073-2006. Finally, this thesis summarizes research contents, and prospect of further about track circuit harmonic immunity auto test system are made, based on it. |
